Coming soon! HDX WorkBench
We are no longer accepting new registrations for HD Desktop. This is due to our focused development of new software for analysis of HDX data "HDX WorkBench", which we plan to make available to the academic community. Please check back at this web page for updates.

HD Desktop is an integrated
software platform designed specifically to enhance the analysis of
hydrogen/deuterium exchange (HDX) mass spectrometry data. Building upon
the codebase of The Deuterator, it integrates tools for data extraction
with visualization components within a single web-based application.
The interface design enables users to navigate from the peptide view to
the sample and experiment levels, tracking all manipulations while
updating the aggregate graphs in real time. HD Desktop is integrated
with a relational database designed to provide performance
enhancements, as well as a robust model for data storage and retrieval.
Designed to address broad needs of the HDX community and continue the
previous work, the
platform presented here provides an efficient and
manageable workflow for HDX data analysis and is freely
available as a web tool for non-commercial purposes.

Coming soon! HDX WorkBench building on the work from HD Desktop, we have developed a new application which facilitates automation, management, visualization and statistical cross-comparison of large HDX data sets. Great emphasis was placed on achieving three main goals of increased analysis speed; user-friendly graphic interface; and strong support for large HDX data sets. Using the software, validated data analysis can be achieved at the rate of generation. This software will be made available at this web site in May of 2012.
